Staff

Hiedy is our full-time hygienist who joined us in July 2011. She has a dental hygiene and public health degree from Indiana University and has been working as a dental hygienist since 2002. Hiedy is married with one daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, loving to be on the water, usually boating and traveling to anywhere with a sandy beach.

Shara is our full time expanded duties dental assistant. Shara has been a dental assistant since 1996 and joined Dr. Chen's office in March 2021. She has two boys and a boyfriend. Shara loves spending time with family, traveling and going to concerts. 

Rhonda is our office/front desk coordinator who joined us in July 2024. Rhonda has enjoyed working in the dental field for 26 years. She started her career in 1998 working for a local dental lab. Once leaving the dental lab she then started working in customer relations/insurance verifications in dental office. She loves spending time with her husband, camping, traveling and riding motorcycles. She also has a zoopolis of pets at home that keep her busy... 4 dogs, 2 cats, 1 bird and 4 monkeys. She has two amazing kids, Kristyn and Matthew and 3 handsome grandsons.
